General Description

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Module has the goal to streamline sales management, marketing management and dealing with borrowers, guarantors, private individuals, legal entities or any type of contacts.

The module has flexibility to incorporate specific sales, marketing and complete customer care processes, in order to easily adapt to client needs and the scope of CRM activities performed in the company. With integrated DDC object on the CRM Module the entire horizontal span of organizational activities is covered through the solution in a dynamically managed CRM workflow. This gives possibilities for complete overview of the collaboration history (tasks, messages, SMS lists, written and verbal communication flow), borrower’s repayment status and sales pipeline from central location, direct assignment of potential leads to users and measurement of the success rate of every individual user and engaged resources until converted to signed loan agreement, presented in structured and dynamically managed reporting format.

The CRM Module as a business module integrated to all other modules, through the solution contains the possibility for additional specialization of the features, according to the industry needs and integration of CRM parts to the activities from organization’s vertical structure. In that manner, every separate module can encompass the required CRM activities for consistent workflow.
