General Description

The solution has built-in ERP functionality presented with the Purchase Module which is fully integrated with all other modules, supporting automatic generation of predefined invoices.

With the integrated Document Compliance Platform users can attach complementary documentation on the invoice in any format, which can later be accessed from a central location.

Generated invoices can be automatically posted in General Ledger, individually or processed in bulks.

Posted invoices are immediately viewable in reports. The module has wide variety of reports which provide information about generated invoices per client, in periods, per item, etc., expenses and processed payments, in structured format and offer detailed analyses of generated and received invoices, repayment responsibilities, in synthetic and analytic preview. All repaid invoices to retailers and from clients can be generated per accounts.

The module supports items in stock management, with dynamic definition of stock-cards for every item, item posting accounts and quantity details. In the process of generating invoices, the item availability is automatically shown and if the quantity available does not match the quantity requested in the invoice, the system will not allow proceeding with invoice generation.
