The Payroll Module is used for calculating monthly salary and can support complex salary models and calculations which are implemented based on client business needs and country regulative for tax requirements, employment type, etc.
This module is completely integrated with the HR Module, from where all employee agreement details as well as data about generated salary allowances or deductions that should be included in the salary calculation, are automatically retrieved.
The gross salary calculation is based on company’s regulative for salary calculation and can include client specific rules and calculations of health insurance rates, pension insurance rates, effective work hours per day, number of days, income tax exemption, etc. Salary calculation can be adapted to the format that is required by the Public Revenue Office for convenient data distribution.
The generated monthly salary is automatically posted in General Ledger on predefined posting accounts.
The module gives possibilities for salary analyses in predefined, structured reports that give information about repaid salaries per period, branches, municipalities or in flexibly defined reports with Dynamic Report Generator, based on specific client business needs.
