The Human Resources (HR) Module is comprised of employee-related data such as personal and general data, educational background, information about job responsibilities, bank account, attached scan documents, etc. available from a central location.
The module has an integrated DDC Object, which allows specification of additional data to be gathered in the employee card based on client needs.
The process of gathering employee data starts from the moment the person is called for an interview after which the vacancy is inserted in the module with specified job responsibilities and later a performance assessment for every separate candidate.
Multiple collaboration agreement types can be defined, based on client needs such as internship, employment or periodic external collaborations. Once the data for the person is entered in the system either as a candidate or an intern, it can be loaded into the employee card and used in the process of generating Employee Agreements.
On the periodic, determined employee agreements indefinite number of annexes can be specified with new or the same conditions.
The module supports generation of custom print documentation on signing employee agreements which is entirely based on client business needs.
The process for annual vacation is also covered with this module and includes requesting vacation days, withdrawal of request and granting approval and it is interconnected to automatically retrieve vacation days as specified in the last valid agreement or annex, allowing processing of multiple vacation requests at the same time.
This module is completely integrated with the Payroll Module and supports processing of periodic performance-based employee appraisals and direct indication of the results in the salary calculation in the form of calculated rewards (bonus, regress, etc.) or retentions (administrative ban, penalty points, etc.).
The module has rich report capabilities and provides structured view of needed information for e.g. when agreements are close to termination date, list of all employee vacancies plans in periods, etc. with an option for additional definition of reports with Dynamic Report Generator, based on client needs.
